Welcome to our service! With Rockebilly you can curate playlists from Spotify’s library. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you have created an account with us.
Our Service allows parents to curate a sort of playlist called 'rockebilly shelf' for their children to listen to. The resulting playlist, or rockebilly, can be saved to the homescreen of a mobile device and used as a web app. You can interact with the interface and play songs by touching the cover of a record.
You are responsible for your use of the Service. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from and about you when you use our Service. All content on Rockebilly, including but not limited to playlists, rockebillies, images, text, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service or its content. You agree to respect the rights of the content owners and not to use their content in any way that infringes their rights or violates these terms.
Rockebilly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise exploit any part of the service or its content without our prior written consent. You also agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any way that violates these terms or any applicable laws.

Rockebilly will not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board for contracts to which these terms and conditions apply.
